Rick Kraft has over 41 years of legal experience in Roswell. The firm’s three full time staff includes 72 years of total legal experience including over 46 years of experience within the firm. The firm’s stability will better help meet your legal needs.

State Bar service – Rick Kraft is a past President of the New Mexico State Bar and was the youngest President in the State Bar’s history when he served in this capacity in 1998-1999. He also served as President of the New Mexico Young Lawyers Division in 1986-1987 and was executive director of the Pamela Minzer State Bar Leadership Institute training lawyers statewide in leadership.

Specialization – Rick Kraft has been recognized as a Family Law Specialist by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization since 1993 and at times has been the only certified specialist in southeast New Mexico.
He was a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers from 1993 to 2019 and was the only Fellow in New Mexico south of Albuquerque.
His peers elected him as a Super Lawyer in 2008 and he has been reelected fourteen times since. He is the only Super Lawyer in family law in New Mexico south of Albuquerque.
